International competition of scientific works of young scientists and students "Assessment of the regulatory impact in state and municipal management"

The international competition of scientific works of young scientists and students "Assessment of the regulatory impact in state and municipal government" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition, Site Competition) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEFM) within the framework of the Congress of Management and Law.
The co-organizer of the Competition at the platform of the North-West Federal District of the Russian Federation is St. Petersburg State University of Economics, St. Petersburg, Russia.
The final of the competition will take place on April 26, 2023 at the same time:
at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter referred to as USUE), Yekaterinburg, Russia;
at the platform of the North-Western Federal District of the Russian Federation XIII EEFM at the St. Petersburg State University of Economics, St. Petersburg, Russia.
Participants of the Platform Competition are students, graduate students, applicants for a scientific degree, young scientists from universities, academic institutions, as well as employees of other interested organizations of the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation aged 18 to 35 years.
Individual participants and teams of up to 5 people, corresponding to the categories of participants, are allowed to participate.
Scientific directions of the Competition:
Regulatory Impact Assessment - Two-Way Road;
Strategic partnership of authorities, business and NGOs in the public discussion of draft laws;
Evidence-based policy and evaluation of the effectiveness of state and municipal projects
Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Platform of the North-Western Federal District of the Russian Federation - the name of the Competition
Platform Contest experts select up to 5 best works to participate in the international finals of the Contest.
Lists of finalists of the Competition from the platform of the North-West Federal District of the Russian Federation will be published on the Competition page of the plarform of the EEFM website from April 1 to April 10, 2023.
The final defense of the works will take place on April 26, 2023 (11.30-14.30 Yekaterinburg time and 9.30-12.30 St. Petersburg time), awarding - April 27, 2023 (the time of awarding will be announced later)
At the same time, the participant who takes 1st place in the qualifying round will be sent at the expense of the organizers of the XIII EEFM to USUE for full-time participation in the final of the Competition and other events of the XIII EEFM.
The rest of the participants, who took 2-5 places in the qualifying round, will take part in the final of the Competition online from the platform of the St. Petersburg State University of Economics.
All finalists of the Competition of the platform of the North-Western Federal District of the Russian Federation are awarded with diplomas and small orders "Star of Eurasia".
The winner and prize-winners of the international final of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:
for 1st place - 15 thousand rubles.
for 2nd place - 10 thousand rubles.
for 3rd place - 5 thousand rubles.
The winner of the Contest, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, is awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points).
Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials of the XIII EEFM, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be published in the RSCI and on the EEFM website.
