The International Student Research Competition “Law and Business: Evolution and Innovation” (hereinafter the Competition, Platform Competition) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEYF) within the framework of the Congress of Management and Law.

The co-organizer of the Competition on the platform of the Republic of Tajikistan is the Tajik National University, Dushanbe.

The final of the Competition will take place on April 26, 2023 at the same time:

• at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter referred to as USUE), Yekaterinburg, Russia;\
• at the platform of the Republic of Tajikistan XIII EEFM at the Tajik National University, Dushanbe

The purpose of the Competition is to increase students' interest in their chosen profession, to stimulate research activities in the field of economics and law.

Competition objectives:

• identify the analytical potential of young lawyers and financiers;
• stimulate the process of exchanging knowledge, ideas, experience in using the mechanisms of legal regulation of economic processes, current legislation in the field of state and municipal administration;
• ensure the integration of youth science with the global research environment;
• to form the skills of conducting comparative legal research, developing recommendations for improving legislation;
• assessment of the current situation and strategic thoughts in the development of the country and a particular territory. 

Directions of the Competition:

• State regulation of entrepreneurship
• Financial and legal aspects of business regulation
• Business taxation
• Promoting entrepreneurial activity among the youth.
• Legal problems of regulation of certain types of activities of state and municipal bodies
• Popularization of state and municipal service among the youth.
• Responsibility for violation of the procedure for passing the state and municipal service

Participants of the Platform Competition are students, undergraduates of educational organizations, academic institutions and other interested organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan under the age of 35 years.

Works performed individually or collectively (in teams of up to 3 people) are submitted to the competition.

Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the XIII EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Platform of the Republic of Tajikistan - the name of the Competition.

Experts of the Competition platform of the Republic of Tajikistan select the 3 best works to participate in the international finals of the Competition.

The lists of finalists of the Platform Competition will be published on the Platform Competition page of the EEFM website from 1 to 10 April 2023. 

The final defense of the papers will take place simultaneously at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at USUE and at the Platform of the Republic of Tajikistan at the Tajik National University on April 26, 2023 from 10.30 to 13.30, awarding - April 27, 2023 (the awarding time will be announced later).

At the same time, the author of the best work (team captain), which won 1st place in the qualifying round, will be sent at the expense of the organizers of the XIII EEFM to USUE (Yekaterinburg, Russia) for full-time participation in the final of the Competition and other final events of the XIII EEFM.

The remaining finalists of the platform, who took 2nd and 3rd place, will take part in the International Finals of the Competition from the plaform of the Tajik National University in online communication mode.

All finalists of the Competition of the platform of the Republic of Tajikistan are awarded with diplomas and small orders "Star of Eurasia". 

The winners and prize-winners of the international finals of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15 000 rubles - for 1 place
• 10,000 rubles - for 2nd place
• 5,000 rubles - for 3rd place

The winners of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, are awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points).

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials of the XIII EEFM, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be published in the RSCI and on the EEFM website.
