The international competition of research works of young scientists and students "Economic security through the eyes of youth: world and Russian experience" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition, Platform Competition) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEYF) within the framework of the Congress of Economists and Financiers.

The co-organizer of the Competition on the platform of the Republic of Tajikistan is the Tajik National University, Dushanbe.

The purpose of the Competition: improving the quality of training of specialists in economic security, increasing the interest of young scientists and students in their chosen profession, identifying gifted youth and building human resources for research, administrative, law enforcement, and international activities in the field of economic security.

Participants of the Platform Competition: students, graduate students, applicants for a scientific degree, young scientists: employees of universities, academic institutions in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan aged 18 to 35 years.

Research papers for the Competition can only be submitted by individual authors.

Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the XIII EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Platform of the Republic of Tajikistan - the name of the Competition.

Experts of the Platform Competition of the Republic of Tajikistan select 3 best works to participate in the international finals of the Competition.

Lists of finalists of the Competition from the platform of the Republic of Tajikistan will be published on the page of the Competition platform from April 1 to April 10, 2023.

The final defense of the papers will take place simultaneously at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at USUE and at the Platform of the Republic of Tajikistan at the Tajik National University on April 26, 2023 from 10.30 to 13.30, awarding - April 27, 2023 (the awarding time will be announced later).

At the same time, the participant who takes 1st place in the qualifying round will be sent at the expense of the organizers of the XIII EEFM to USUE (Yekaterinburg, Russia) for full-time participation in the international final of the Competition and other final events of the XIII EEFM.

The remaining finalists of the platform will take part in the final of the Competition from the platform of the Tajik National University through online communication.

All finalists of the Tajik National University Platform Competition are awarded with diplomas and small orders of the Star of Eurasia.

The winners and prize-winners of the international finals of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15 000 rubles - for 1 place
• 10,000 rubles - for 2nd place
• 5,000 rubles - for 3rd place

The winners of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, are awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points).

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials of the XIII EEFM, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be published in the RSCI and on the EEFM website.
