The international competition of scientific research papers “Problems of state building and citizens’ rights” is held at several venues of the XV Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XV EEYF) within the framework of the Congress of Strategists.

The aim of the Competition is to increase students' interest in their chosen profession, to stimulate research activities in the field of public administration and law.

Competition objectives:

• to identify the analytical potential of young lawyers, economists and managers;
• to stimulate the process of exchanging knowledge, ideas, and experience in using mechanisms of legal regulation of public relations;
• to ensure the integration of youth science with the global scientific research environment;
• to develop skills in conducting comparative legal research and developing recommendations for improving legislation.

Competition Directions:  

1. Problems of state building.
2. Problems of citizens' rights.

Participants of the Competition are students of educational organizations, academic institutes and other interested organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan aged 18 to 35 years. Works prepared by young scientists - postgraduate students and candidates of sciences, are not accepted for the competition.

Research papers for the Competition may only be submitted by individual authors.

Applications for participation in the Competition and competition works (essays) are submitted before March 20, 2025 through the registration system of the website: Republic of Tajikistan site – name of the Competition.

The lists of competition winners invited to the in-person defense of their works and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the competition page from April 1 to 10, 2025.

The International Final of the Competition will be held on April 23, 2025 from 10.30 to 15.30 (Yekaterinburg time) at the Ural State University of Economics, Yekaterinburg, Russia

The award ceremony for the finalists of the Site Competition and the finalists of the International Final of the Competition will take place on April 24, 2025, simultaneously (via video link) at two venues:

• at the main site of the XV EEYF at the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter USUE), Yekaterinburg, Russia;
• at the site of the Republic of Tajikistan XV EEYF at the Tajik National University.

The winner and prize winners of the Competition will be awarded diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• for 1 place - 15,000 rubles.
• for 2 place — 10 000 rubles.
• for 3 place — 5 000 rubles.

The winners of the Competition, awarded a 1st degree Diploma, are awarded points for individual achievements when admitted to study at USUE in master's programs (2 points).

Following the final events, it is planned to publish a collection of materials of the XV EEYF, where essays of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be posted in the Russian Science Citation Index and on the website of the Ural State University of Economics.
