The international competition of scientific research works of young scientists and students “Corporate governance, business sustainability (ESG) and development projects” (hereinafter the Competition, the Competition of the site) is held at several sites of the XV Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter the XV EEYF) within the framework of the Congress of Economists and Financiers.

The purpose of the Competition: to develop management and research competencies in the field of corporate governance, sustainable development and project management among young managers - future business leaders, aimed at applying civilized norms of proper corporate behavior, ESG practices in the field of environmental, social and economic development, strengthening effective interaction between the state, business and society, applying knowledge in the field of project management. Improving the quality of training qualified personnel, increasing the interest of young scientists and students in their chosen profession, identifying gifted youth and forming human resources for research, administrative, production and entrepreneurial activities.

Research papers and projects are submitted to the Competition in the following nominations:

1.Best research project on corporate governance and sustainable development (ESG);

2.Best research project on project management;

3.Best research project on corporate finance and investment.

Participants of the Competition: students, master's students, postgraduate students, applicants for an academic degree, young researchers from universities, academic institutes from the Republic of Serbia, as well as employees of other interested organizations aged 18 to 35 years.

Research papers for the Competition can be submitted by individual participants and groups of up to 3 people.

Applications for participation in the Competition are submitted until March 20, 2025, through the registration system of the XV EEYF website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: The Republic of Serbia site – the name of the Competition.

The lists of competition finalists invited to defend their works in person and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the competition page from April 1 to 10, 2025.

The in-person defense will take place on April 23, 2025.

The award ceremony for the finalists of the Site Competition and the finalists of the International Final of the Competition will take place on April 24, 2025 simultaneously (via video link) at two sites:

• at the main site of the XV EEYF at the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter USUE), Yekaterinburg, Russia;
• at the site of the Republic of Serbia at the Belgrade Banking Academy.

The winners and prize winners of the Competition will be awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15,000 rubles – for 1st place
• 10,000 rubles – for 2nd place
• 5,000 rubles – for 3rd place

The winners of the Competition, awarded the 1st degree Diploma, are awarded points for individual achievements when applying for admission to study at USUE in master's programs (2 points).

Following the final events, it is planned to publish a collection of materials of the XV EEYF, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index and on the website of the Ural State University of Economics.
