April 26, 2023 10.30-13.30 (Yekaterinburg) – 11.30-14.30 (Alma-Ata)

The international competition of youth business projects "Business Eurasia" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition, Platform Competition) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEFM) within the framework of the Congress of Economists and Financiers.

The co-organizer of the Competition at the platform of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the Almaty Technological University, Alma-Ata.

The final of the Competition will take place on April 26, 2023 at the same time:

• at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter referred to as USUE), Yekaterinburg, Russia;
• at the platform of the Republic of Kazakhstan XIII EEFM at the Almaty Technological University, Alma-Ata.

The purpose of the Competition is to create an international communication platform for attracting young people to innovative activities, technical creativity and social entrepreneurship.

Objectives of the Competition:

• assistance in the development and evaluation of participants' projects;
• support for innovative, infrastructure and promising projects in the field of entrepreneurship;
• dissemination of positive experience in project implementation;
• educational and advisory support for entrepreneurial initiatives of young people;
• assistance in attracting investments from youth business projects.

Participants of the Platform Competition: students of colleges, technical schools and universities, as well as representatives of business structures of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 35 (hereinafter referred to as participants).

Individual participants and groups of up to 3 people, corresponding to the categories of participants, are allowed to participate.

Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive youth business projects and project abstracts are submitted until March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the XIII EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Platform of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alma-Ata - name Competition.

Platform Contest experts select 3 best works to participate in the International Finals of the Contest.

The lists of the finalists of the Competition from the platform of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be published on the page of the Competition of the platform of the EEFM website from April 1 to April 10, 2023.

The final defense of the works will take place on April 26, 2023 (10.30-13.30 in Yekaterinburg and 11.30-14.30 in Alma-Ata), awarding - April 27, 2023 (the time of awarding will be announced later)

At the same time, the participant (team captain), who took 1st place in the qualifying round, will be sent at the expense of the XIII EEFM organizers to USUE for full-time participation in the International Final of the Competition and other events of the XIII EEFM.

The rest of the participants, who took 2nd and 3rd places in the qualifying round, will take part in the International Final of the Competition online from the platform of the Almaty Technological University.

All finalists of the Competition of the platform of the Republic of Kazakhstan are awarded with diplomas and small orders "Star of Eurasia". 

The winners and prize-winners of the International Finals of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15 000 rub. - for 1st place
• 10 000 rub. - for 2nd place
• 5 000 rub. - for 3rd place

The winner of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, is awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points).

  Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials of the XIII EEFM, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be published in the RSCI and on the EEFM website.
