International competition of scientific-research work of young scientists and students "Quality of the future: a new reality of sustainable development"

The International Competition for Research Works of Young Scientists and Students "Quality of the Future: A New Reality of Sustainable Development" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition, Platform Competition) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEYF) as part of the Entrepreneurship and Engineering Congress.

The co-organizer of the Competition on the platform of the Republic of Belarus is the Belarusian State Economic University, Minsk.

The purpose of the Competition: to stimulate the development of research work and create conditions for the disclosure of the creative abilities of students and young scientists of higher educational institutions; development of recommendations for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations, for sustainable development, through the introduction of modern approaches based on the principles of quality management.

Participants of the Platform Competition: students, graduate students, applicants for a scientific degree, young scientists from universities, academic institutions, as well as employees of other interested organizations of the Republic of Belarus aged 18 to 35 years.

Research papers for the Competition can only be submitted by individual authors.

Research papers are submitted for the Competition in the following areas:

  • Quality and competitiveness of products and services: current state and development trends;
  • Ensuring quality, safety, environmental friendliness and resource saving in modern management systems;
  • Standardization, metrology and certification as quality management tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations.
  • Quality of life and the environment: transition to a green economy.

Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Platform of the Republic of Belarus - the name of the Competition.

Platform Competition experts select up to 5 best works to participate in the Platform Competition finals.

The final of the Platform Competition will take place on March 23, 2023 at the Belarusian State Economic University, Minsk. 

The winner (1st place) of the Platform Contest will be sent at the expense of the organizers of the XIII EEFM to USUE for full-time participation in the International Final of the Competition and other events of the XIII EEFM.

The international final of the Contest will take place on April 26, 2023 from 10.30 to 13.30 (Yekaterinburg time) at the Ural State University of Economics, Yekaterinburg, Russia

The awarding of the finalists of the Platform Competition and the finalists of the International Final of the Competition will take place on April 27, 2023 simultaneously (via video link) at two venues:

  • at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter referred to as USUE), Yekaterinburg, Russia;
  • at the platform of the Republic of Belarus XIII EEFM at the Belarusian State Economic University, Minsk.

All finalists of the Competition of the platform of the Republic of Belarus are awarded with diplomas and small orders "Star of Eurasia". 

The winner and prize-winners of the international final of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

  • 15 000 rubles - for 1 place
  • 10,000 rubles - for 2nd place
  • 5,000 rubles - for 3rd place

The winner of the Contest, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, is awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points).

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials of the XIII EEFM, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be published in the RSCI and on the EEFM website.
