The International Olympiad "Using IFRS in National Accounting Regulation" (hereinafter Olympiad, Olympiad of the platform) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEFM) as part of the Congress of Economists and Financiers.

The co-organizer of the Olympiad on the platform of the Kyrgyz Republic is Osh State University, Osh city

The final of the Olympiad will be held in-person only on April 25 and 26, 2023 at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at the Ural State University of Economics, Yekaterinburg, Russia.

The purpose of the Olympiad is to involve students in scientific and practical research aimed at implementing the knowledge gained in the learning process as part of individual and team work, as well as creating conditions for discussion when discussing accounting problems, encouraging young people to new ideas, proposals, to a dialogue between countries and peoples, strengthening the prestige of the professions of accountant and auditor.

Participants of the Olympiad of the platform are students of educational institutions of higher education (OHVO) in the direction of preparation "Economics", profiles: "Accounting, analysis and audit"; "Finance and credit"; "Taxes and taxation" of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participation in the Olympiad is possible individually or in a team of no more than 3 people.

Applications for participation in the Olympiad are submitted before March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Platform of the Kyrgyz Republic, Osh - the name of the Competition (Olympiad).

After registration on the EEFM website, the team captain or an individual participant is sent a login and password to the e-mail address specified by him to access the specialized website of the Olympiad.

With the help of a specialized website of the Olympiad, a qualifying round is held in the form of testing in accounting and IFRS from March 21 to March 23, 2023.

Based on the test results, the Olympiad platform coordinator determines the best team. If the winner of the qualifying round is an individual participant or a team of less than 3 people, the coordinator of the Olympiad of the platform independently forms the finalist team from the participants who took the first three places in the qualifying round.

From April 24 to April 28, 2023, the winning team of the qualifying round is sent to USUE (Yekaterinburg, Russia) for full-time participation in the International Finals of the Olympiad and the final events of the XIII EEFM.

The international final of the Olympiad will be held in person on April 25, 2023 from 10:30 to 13:30 (solving tests and cases) and April 26, 2023 from 10:30 to 13:30 (creative part of the Olympiad) in the Ural State Economic university.

The awarding of the platform participants who took from 1 to 5 places (platform finalists) and participants of the International Finals of the Olympiad will take place simultaneously via video link on April 27, 2023 (the awarding time will be announced later).

The finalists of the Olympiad of the platform of the Kyrgyz Republic, who took from 1 to 5 places, are awarded with diplomas and small orders of the "Star of Eurasia".

The winners and prize-winners of the International Finals of the Olympiad are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15 000 rubles - for 1 place
• 10,000 rubles - for 2nd place
• 5,000 rubles - for 3rd place

The winners of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, are awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points)..
