International competition of youth projects "Young Professionals of Eurasia"

The international competition of youth projects "Young professionals of Eurasia" / (hereinafter referred to as the Competition, Platform Competition) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEFM) within the framework of the Congress of Management and Law.
The co-organizer of the Competition at the platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation is Vladivostok State University, Vladivostok.
The final of the Competition will take place on April 26, 2023 at the same time:
- at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter referred to as USUE), Yekaterinburg, Russia;
- at the platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation XIII EEFM at Vladivostok State University, Vladivostok, Russia.
The purpose of the Competition is to promote the implementation of creative initiatives of young professionals and create conditions for receiving feedback from the experts of the competition on the creation, development, accumulation, reproduction, assessment and protection of competencies in the field of human resource management.
This year's competition includes the following thematic areas:
- Human resource management in the new reality: trends, risks, opportunities.
- Digital HR: Digital projects and IT tools.
- Economics of Human Resources: New Sources of Growth in Labor Productivity and Personnel Efficiency.
- Trends in corporate education.
- Transformation of the labor market and competencies: present and future.
- Personnel management in a cross-cultural environment: world experience.
- Development of legal regulation of labor relations.
Today's HR leaders face challenges every day that require a fresh eye and the energy to take action. Students have both - they just need to be prompted how to pack knowledge into the shell of the project, and give an expert assessment of its implementation. And business and government should be given a platform to select the best young professionals.
An important element of the event is the educational component. In support of the Competition, it is planned to conduct training workshops and seminars with the participation of members of the competition jury - leading Russian and foreign experts in the HR field.
Participants of the Platfrom Competition are students, graduate students, applicants for a scientific degree, young specialists and researchers from universities, academic institutions in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation aged 18 to 35 years.
Design works for the Competition can be sent from individual authors or teams of up to 3 people.
Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the XIII EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation - the name of the Competition.
Platform Competition experts select up to 5 best projects to participate in the international finals of the Competition.
The lists of finalists of the Competition from the platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation will be published on the Competition page of the platform of the EEFM website from April 1 to April 10, 2023.
The author of the best project (team captain), which won 1st place in the qualifying round, will be sent at the expense of the organizers of the XIII EEFM to USUE for full-time participation in the final of the Competition and other events of the XIII EEFM.
The rest of the participants who took 2-5 places in the qualifying round will take part in the final of the Contest online from the platform of Vladivostok State University.
The final defense of the works will take place on April 26, 2023 (9.30-12.30 Ekaterinburg time - 15.30-18.30 Vladivostok time), awarding - April 27, 2023 (the time of awarding will be announced later).
All finalists of the Competition of the platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation are awarded with diplomas and small orders of the Star of Eurasia.
The winners and prize-winners of the international finals of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:
- 1st place - 15,000 rubles.
- 2nd place - 10,000 rubles.
- 3rd place - 5,000 rubles
The winners of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, are awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points).
Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials of the XIII EEFM, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be published in the RSCI and on the XIII EEFM website.
