The finalists of the XIII EEYF from Belarus have been announced!
The qualifying round of the research competition for young scientists and students “Future’s Quality: A New Reality of Sustainable Development” has ended at the Belarusian State Economic University within the Congress of Entrepreneurship and Engineering of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum.
For the second year in a row, BSEU has become the EEYF platform in Belarus. In 2023, over a hundred students will take part in the forum events in the Republic of Belarus. Based on the results of the qualifying stage, the five students who scored the most points will represent their universities in the competition's final to be held at USUE on April 26. They are Aleksei Shirkin and Svetlana Sergeeva from the Belarusian State Economic University, Natalya Kasperuk from Brest State Technical University, and Daria Kostenevich and Elizaveta Nikolaenko from Belarusian National Technical University.
The members of the expert commission of the competition were BSEU Vice-Rector for Research Yegor Gusakov, Chairperson of the BSEU Council of Young Scientists Victoria Shendrik, deputy dean of the BSEU Faculty of Commerce and Tourism Industry Tatyana Bazylchuk, head of the Department of Commodity Science and Goods Expertise at Belarusian State Economic University Mikhail Petukhov, and Associate Professor Yulia Kardash.
Besides, in the Republic of Belarus, there finished the registration for the international championship on the application of technologies in business analytics and information security “Competition: Analytics and Information Security.” It will be held on April 26 simultaneously in Yekaterinburg and Minsk as part of the Congress of Innovators.
In total, over 650 students will take part in the competition, 22 of them from Belarus.
