Ural State University of Economics has published a collection of the best papers from the 16th Eurasian Youth Economic Forum (EEYF). The event held from April 21 to 24, 2026, was the largest in the forum’s history.

The publication consists of three volumes, each ranging from 265 to 355 pages. As per tradition, the proceedings feature welcome addresses from honorary guests and panelists delivered at the plenary sessions and opening ceremony, texts of subject-specific public lectures, and extended abstracts of finalists from the competitions held within the framework of specialized Congresses. The collection touches upon current economic and social issues and proposes mechanisms for addressing these problems.

Contents of the collection:

The first volume is dedicated to the speeches of honorary guests at the plenary session, public lectures by experts, as well as papers by finalists of the Congress of Economists and Financiers competitions.

The second volume contains the best works from the competitions of the Congress of Economists and Financiers, as well as the Congress of Entrepreneurship and Engineering.

The third volume includes abstracts of papers by finalists of the Congress of Management and Law and the Congress of Strategists competitions, as well as the stand-alone contest “Young Families as the Backbone of Russia’s Socioeconomic Development.”

The theme of the 16th Eurasian Economic Forum was “Eurasian Synergy: Ethnic Unity of Russia in the Era of Global Change.” This year’s forum was the largest-scale event in its history, uniting a record-breaking 24,216 delegates from 117 countries. Across six Congresses, academics from top national universities, diplomats, and business leaders conducted 38 public lectures and oversaw the defense of research works in 42 contests for young scientists. The 16th EEYF call for submissions attracted 15,828 entries from around the world, which were assessed by a panel of 556 international experts.
