And The Hall is full...

At the end of the main program of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum, guests, experts and contestants were treated to a rich musical program at the Sverdlovsk State Academic Philharmonic.

The concert of symphonic music performed by the Ural Youth Symphony Orchestra began with Dmitri Shostakovich's Festive Overture. The forum is really a big scientific holiday, a festival of projects and hundreds of ideas.

The hall was attended by representatives of the Commonwealth of more than a hundred countries - diplomatic representatives, heads of universities, guests of honour and participants of the Forum.

The concert was continued with compositions of Sergei Rachmaninoff, Igor Stravinsky, Georgij Sviridov and Rimskij-Korsakov. World-famous names and plays that did not need to be translated sounded in the hushed hall, immersing the listeners in images and memories.

But, as they would say now, the tracks for the films “Friend among Strangers” by Eduard Artemyev and “Taming the Fire” by Andrei Petrov stirred up the emotions of Russians, but like any brilliant music “hooked” everyone.

The large concert hall of the Philharmonic Society was full of music, feelings and harmony.

Rector of USUE, the Chairman of the EEYF Organizing Committee Yakov Silin: "Strong people have strong music. We are a strong people, and we offer you friendship. And I will also say what talented people! Our forum is coming to an end, the days of summing up are ahead. I want to express my gratitude to our colleagues, to those who came from other countries, who represent universities, for the fact that you came to us to the Urals and saw who we are, and what we have, what we are talking about."
