the competition will take place on April 23, 2025, 12:00-20:00 in the USUE Community Center, accreditation 11:00-11:50 (entrance to the university from 8 Marta St., 62)

• the concert program and grand opening ceremony will take place from 12:00 to 13:00
• competition starts at 13:00

The planned number of participants is 100-120 people.

Goal: development and popularization of chess among young people.

Objectives:

• to attract young people to chess for the purpose of intellectual, cultural and aesthetic development;
• to improve athletic skills;
• to improve the opportunities and mechanisms for the socialization of young people.

Chess players of 2nd category and above, aged 12 to 25 years (hereinafter referred to as participants) may take part in the competition.

Preliminary applications for participation (Appendix 1) are submitted before 18.04.2025 to the organizers' e-mail: mkocheryan@mail.ru

Winners and prize winners will be awarded cash prizes:

Tournament prize fund: 100,000 rubles 

• 25,000 rubles - for 1st place
• 20,000 rubles - for 2nd place
• 15,000 rubles - for 3rd place
• 10,000 rubles - for 4th place
• 7,000 rubles - for 5th place
• 3,000 rubles - for 6th place

Additional cash prizes among women:

• 10,000 rubles - for 1st place
• 7,000 rubles - for 2nd place
• 3,000 rubles - for 3rd place
• Students in grades 10-11 and students in the third and fourth years of colleges – winners of the XV Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (1st to 6th places in the Ural Queen tournament) – receive a certificate of laureate of the XV Eurasian Economic Youth Forum, and when admitted to study at USUE for a full-time bachelor's degree, they are awarded 5 (five) points for individual achievements.

Students studying under the bachelor's degree programs - winners of the XV Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (1-6 places in the "Ural Queen" tournament) - receive a Winner's Diploma, and when admitted to study at USUE for a full-time master's degree program, they are awarded 2 (two) points for individual achievements.
