The regional competition of schoolchildren's business projects "Young Entrepreneur" is held within the framework of:

–   The XV Eurasian Economic Youth Forum   "Eurasian Synergy: Multipolarity - Integration - Dialogue of Civilizations";

– a joint project of the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the PRO Group of Companies and the Ural State University of Economics - "Entrepreneurial Classes".

Goals and objectives of the Competition

The goal of the Competition is to popularize entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education among young people, conscious professional self-determination, and improve the quality of education at the secondary general education level.

Competition Objectives:

• creating conditions for a conscious choice of further educational trajectory;
• obtaining competencies in financial literacy and the basics of entrepreneurship;
• increasing interest in the implementation of one’s own entrepreneurial ideas and projects;
• the possibility of early career guidance through immersion in a future profession in the field of economics, business, and entrepreneurship;
• the opportunity to master general education subjects of the school curriculum through applied learning and immersion in a professional environment.

Participants of the Competition

Students of grades 7-11 of the Sverdlovsk region, studying under the program "Entrepreneurial classes" in the 2024-2025 academic year and who have prepared business projects within the framework of the educational program.

One project can be prepared by an individual author or a team of up to 5 people.

Thematic sections of the Competition

Business projects are submitted to the Competition in the following thematic areas (sections):

4. Innovations and inventions of the future
5. Benefit to society
6. Beauty industry
7. IT and Digital
8. Sports development 
9. Manufacturing and construction
10. E-commerce
11. Education and development
12. Ecology 
13. Creation
14. Cars and transportation
15. Social production

Applications for participation in the Competition are accepted until March 20, 2025, through the registration system of the EEYF website. Each participant (team member) registers independently, indicating the name of their project (individual or group).

The projects themselves are submitted electronically to the Competition coordinator by email anastasiaparshutinaa@gmail.com until April 12, 2025.

The qualifying round of the Competition (defense of projects in sections) will be held on April 18-19, 2025 at USUE. The exact date and location for each section of the Competition will be published on this Competition page before April 1, 2025, and also communicated by section moderators by e-mail to all registered participants.

The awarding of the winners and prize winners of the Competition sections, as well as the winners of individual nominations of the Competition will take place at USUE on April 20, 2025, as part of the Entrepreneurship Festival.

The winners (winning teams) – 1st place in each section – advance to the final of the Competition.

The Competition final will take place at USUE on April 21, 2025 at 10:00.

The award ceremony for the finalists of the Competition will be held at USUE on April 21, 2025 at 17:00.

The winners and prize winners of the Competition (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) receive diplomas of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree, the Star of Eurasia of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree and memorable gifts.

All participants of the Competition are given certificates of participants, finalists of the Competition are given certificates of finalists. And finalists of the Competition, students of the 11th grades, are given certificates of Laureates of the XV EEYF.

Certificates of the Laureates of the XV EEYF are taken into account when calculating additional points for the Unified State Exam upon admission to USUE (5 points)
