The competition is organized to identify and develop the creative abilities and interest of the contestants in research work, as well as to form professional competencies in the field of expert-analytical and auditing activities. At the Competition site , participants will have a unique opportunity to feel like a young scientist, expert, analyst, auditor, get an assessment of their work from leading scientists and practitioners in the relevant fields, expand the boundaries of their knowledge and potential opportunities both in the education system and in labor market.

The Competition program is aimed at identifying a wide range of problems related to the implementation of business analysis, expert activities in the field of management and law, government audit, control and supervision. 

The objectives of the competition are: to identify talented youth and determine prospects for their further development, to identify and develop the participants' creative abilities and interest in research work, to create the necessary conditions for supporting young scientists, to promote scientific knowledge, to attract scientists and practitioners of relevant fields to work with young people, as well as the identification of gifted youth and the formation of human resources for research, administrative, industrial and entrepreneurial activities.

Analytical activity

1. Business intelligence for change management.
2. Building a business process management system.
3. Building business architectures and complex business models.
4. Strategy implementation management and evaluation of its effectiveness.
5. Corporate information systems.

Expert activity

1. Examination of the current state of the elements of the political and legal system.
2. Expert assessment of the effectiveness of sectoral legislation.
3. Law in the conditions of digital reality: expert assessments.
4. Judicial economic expertise: problems and prospects.

Audit activity

1. External and internal state financial control (audit) in the budgetary and financial sphere.
2. Municipal financial control.
3. Treasury control.
4. Audit and control in the field of procurement.
5. Responsibility for violations in the budgetary and financial sphere. 

Participants of the competition: students (bachelor's and specialist's) and undergraduates of universities in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of interested organizations under the age of 35.

On the competition may be submitted completed work done _ individually or collectively ( teams up to 3 pers ).

Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20^th, 2023 through the registration system of the site:

• an individual participant submits an application through the registration system of the site, choosing the category “individual participation”
• group participation. Each member of the group submits an application for participation through the registration system of the site, choosing the category "team participation", then - "team captain" or "team member". In the "Theme of work" field, everyone indicates the name of their project. The team captain attaches a file with the project to the registration form, where all the authors of the project are indicated, as well as a file with the abstracts of the work. 

The lists of the finalists of the competition invited to face-to-face defense of works and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the page of the competition from 1^st to April 10^th, 2023

Full-time defense will take place on April 27^th, 2023 from 10:30 to 15:30, awarding on April 28^th, 2023.

The winners and prize-winners of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15 000 rubles - for 1^st place
• 10,000 rubles - for 2^nd place
• 5,000 rubles - for 3^rd place 

The winners of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, are awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points).

The final will be held in person, in some cases, by decision of the organizing committee of the competition, remote participation is possible.

Registered participants and speakers get access to USUE cloud resources based on the MS Office 365 platform and connect to interactive sessions within the events through teams created in MicrosoftTeams.

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials of the XIII EEYF, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be posted in the RSCI and on the website of the Ural State University of Economics.
