International competition of youth projects «Young Professionals of Eurasia»

Dolzhenko Svetlana Borisovna Ph.D. econ. Sciences, Head of the Department of Labor Economics and Personnel Management

For more than ten years, we have been helping to implement research initiatives of young professionals in the field of strategic planning and human potential management. To do this, we are creating an environment to search for new contacts and receive feedback from competition experts on the creation, development, accumulation, reproduction, assessment and protection of competencies in the field of human resource management.

This year the competition includes the following thematic areas:

  1. Human resource management in the new reality: trends, risks, opportunities.
  2. Digital HR: Digital projects and IT tools.
  3. Economics of human resources: new sources of growth in labor productivity and personnel efficiency.
  4. New technologies for personnel training
  5. Transformation of the labor market and competencies: modernity and future.
  6. Personnel management in a cross-cultural environment: global experience.
  7. Best practices in personnel management in state authorities, local government and budgetary organizations

Today's HR leaders face challenges every day that require fresh perspective and energy for action. Students have both - they just need to be told how to package knowledge into the project shell, and give an expert assessment of its implementation. And give business and government a platform to select the best young professionals. The most interesting works will receive recommendations and expert support for publication in the format of scientific articles in significant scientific and practical journals in the Russian Federation and abroad.

An important element of the event is the educational component. In support of the competition, it is planned to conduct training master classes and seminars with the participation of members of the competition jury - leading Russian and foreign experts in the HR field.

The participants of the Competition are students, graduate students, applicants for an academic degree, young specialists and researchers from universities, academic institutions in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations aged 18 to 35 years.

Completed works performed individually or collectively (in teams of up to 3 people) are submitted to the competition.

Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20, 2024 through the registration system of the site:

  • an individual participant submits an application through the site’s registration system, selecting the “individual participation” category
  • team participation. Each team member submits an application for participation through the site’s registration system. One of the team members registers as the “team captain” and attaches the work and abstract of the work to their registration form. The remaining participants are registered as “team member”. The first file they attach is a file with the title of the work and a list of authors, the second file may be empty.

Lists of competition finalists invited to present their works in person and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the competition page from April 1 to April 10, 2024.
