International competition of youth projects "Young Professionals of Eurasia"

For nine years we have been helping to implement research initiatives of young professionals in the field of strategic planning and human potential management. To do this, we are creating an environment in order to find new contacts and receive feedback from the experts of the competition on the creation, development, accumulation, reproduction, assessment and protection of competencies in the field of human resource management. 

This year's competition includes the following thematic areas: 

  1. Human resource management in the new reality: trends, risks, opportunities.
  2. Digital HR: Digital projects and IT tools.
  3. Economics of Human Resources: New Sources of Growth in Labor Productivity and Personnel Efficiency.
  4. Trends in corporate education.
  5. Transformation of the labor market and competencies: present and future.
  6. Personnel management in a cross-cultural environment: world experience.
  7. Development of legal regulation of labor relations. 

Today's HR leaders face challenges every day that require a fresh eye and energy to take action. Students have both - they just need to be prompted how to pack knowledge into a project shell, and give an expert assessment of its implementation. And business and government should be given a platform to select the best young professionals.

As a result, the best participants of the competition get the opportunity to undergo an internship or work practice in order to test the proposed ideas. The most interesting papers will receive recommendations and expert support for publication in the format of scientific articles in significant scientific and practical journals of the Russian Federation and abroad.

An important element of the event is the educational component. In support of the competition, it is planned to conduct training workshops and seminars with the participation of members of the competition jury - leading Russian and foreign experts in the HR field.

The participants of the Competition are students, graduate students, applicants for a scientific degree, young specialists and researchers from universities, academic institutions in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations aged 18 to 35 years.

Priority (in the form of additional points) is given to competitive research projects carried out in the scientific areas of the Competition within the framework of the XII theme of the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum.

Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20th, 2023 through the registration system of the site.

The lists of the finalists of the competition invited to face-to-face defense of works and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the competition page from 1 st until 10 th of April, 2023.

Full-time defense will take place on April 26th, 2023 from 10:30 to 15:30, awarding on April 27th, 2023 from 13:30 to 15:00. 

The winners and prize-winners of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

  • 1st place - 15,000 rubles.
  • 2nd place - 10,000 rubles.
  • 3rd place - 5,000 rubles. 

The winners of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, are awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points ).

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials of the XIII EEYF, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be posted in the RSCI and on the website of the Ural State University of Economics.
