of the Research Competition "Formation and implementation of financial and investment policy of innovative projects" is to help participants try their hand at creating and using managerial and research competencies in the field of financial management, identifying problems in managing financial resources, investing in small and medium-sized businesses , finding ways to solve them in practice, as well as developing scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of the financial policy of economic entities and increasing their investment attractiveness.

The participants of the Competition are students, graduate students, applicants for a scientific degree, young researchers from universities, academic institutions in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations aged 18 to 35 years.

Research papers for the Competition can be sent from individual authors or from a team of authors up to 5 people.

Scientific directions of the Competition:

1. Fundamentals of the financial policy of economic entities of the countries.
2. Financial policy of economic entities in the global market in the context of the implementation of innovative projects.
3. Development and regulation of financial and political activities of economic entities. 

Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20^th, 2023 through the registration system of the site.

The lists of the finalists of the competition invited to face-to-face defense of works and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the competition page from April 1^st   until April 10^th, 2023.

Full-time defense will take place on April 26^th, 2023 from 10:30 to 15:30, awarding on April 27^th, 2023 from 15:00 to 17:00.

Participation in the Competition is also possible using remote technologies - registered participants and speakers get access to USUE cloud resources based on the MS Office 365 platform and connect to interactive sessions within the events through teams created in Microsoft Teams .

The winners and prize-winners of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15 000 rubles - for 1^st place
• 10,000 rubles - for 2^nd place
• 5,000 rubles - for 3^rd place

The winners of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1^st degree, are awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points). Points are awarded during the 1st year following the year of the award. 

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to publish a collection of abstracts of the finalists of the Competition with placement in the RSCI and on the websites of the Ural State University of Economics.
