The purpose: helping participants to test their abilities in creating and using management and research competences in financial management, in identifying problems of financial resources management, investments in small and medium-sized businesses, finding ways of their practical solution, as well as developing academic and practical recommendations for the financial policy formation of business entities and increasing their investment attractiveness.

The participents: students, postgraduates, degree candidates, young researchers of universities, academic institutions of Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organisations aged 18 to 35. 

Research papers for the Competition can be sent from individual authors or from a team of authors up to 5 people.

Scientific directions of the Competition:

1. Fundamentals of the financial policy of economic entities of the countries.
2. Financial policy of economic entities in the global market in the context of the implementation of innovative projects.
3. Development and regulation of financial and political activities of economic entities. 

Applications for participation in the Competition, competition works and abstracts of works shall be submitted until March 20, 2024 via the registration system of the website.

If the work is prepared by a team of authors, one of the authors is registered as a "team captain" and attaches a file with the text of the competition work and a file with the thesis of the work to the registration form of the participant. The other authors of the work are registered as "team member", they can attach empty files to complete the registration. 

The lists of finalists invited to the in-person defence of their works and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the competition page from 1^st to 10^th April 2024. 

The in-person defence will take place on April 24, 2024 from 10:30 to 15:30, the awarding ceremony on April 25, 2024 from 15:00 to 17:00.

Participation in the Competition is also possible using remote technologies - registered participants and speakers get access to USUE cloud resources based on the MS Office 365 platform and connect to interactive sessions within the events through teams created in Microsoft Teams. 

The winners and prize-winners of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15 000 rubles - for 1^st place
• 10 000 rubles - for 2^nd place
• 5 000 rubles - for 3^rd place 

The winners of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, will gwt points for individual achievements at admission to study at UrSEU on Master's degree programmes (2 points)

According to the results of the final events it is planned to issue a collection of materials of the XIV EEYF, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be placed. The collection will be posted in RSCI and on the website of the Ural State University of Economics.
