Egovtseva Lyudmila Nikolaevna Candidate of Philological Sciences, associate professor, scientific director of the competition, author and developer of business games, projects to support youth entrepreneurship

The competition is held within the framework of the congress of strategists of the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter EEYF) and is implemented at the main site of the EEYF - the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter USUE site), as well as at foreign and regional sites of the EEYF that have chosen this Competition. 

The objectives of the competition are:

• making of business competencies in young people;
• development of interest in the development and creation of business games for business;
• support and provision of advisory, organizational and methodological assistance to young people in developing their own game scenarios and ideas for implementing business tasks;
• improvement of communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to defend their own projects and business ideas. 

Participants of the competition are students of colleges, technical schools, higher educational institutions, as well as employees of other interested organizations aged up to 35 years. Face-to-face participation is envisaged. Persons with both personal and group scenarios of business games (ideas) are allowed to participate. Individual participants and teams are sent from educational institutions and other organizations regardless of their field of activity and positions of the participants in the Competition. Teams may include from 1 to 5 participants. 

Registration of participants and submission of tender documentation is carried out simultaneously, until March 20, 2025:

Registration of participants for the Competition is carried out electronically through a special registration form on the EEYF website www.eurasia-forum.ru. 

To participate in the Competition, the following package of documents must be submitted: 

• Author's application for participation in the Competition - submitted by filling out the participant's registration form on the EEYF website.
• A board game scenario for business to pass the selection round of the Competition - attached as a separate file to the participant's registration form;

If a team of participants registers, one of the team members registers as the "team captain" and attaches a file with the board game scenario for business to the registration form. All other team members register as "team member", indicating the name of their team in the subject of the work. Team members are not required to attach a board game scenario for business. 

The in-person defense will take place on April 23, 2025 from 10:00 to 17:00, the award ceremony will take place on April 24, 2025 from 15:30 to 17:00. 

The plan of the competition on April 23, 2025: 

• The first stage - holding an unconference - "Game practice: business development strategy".
• 10.10 - 11.00 - registration of participants;
• 11.00 - 12.00 - discussion of the problems of game practices and ideas for business development.
• The second stage - holding the competition "Master business games".
• 13.00 - 13.10 - presentation of the composition of the expert committee, instructions on the procedure for holding the Competition;

13.20 - 16.00 public defense of scenarios, ideas for business games. The presentation can be prepared in Ms Power Point format. Copies on paper must be provided to the experts.

16.00 - 16.30 - summing up the results of the defense of scenarios and ideas for business games.

16.30 - 17.00 - announcing the winners of the competition of scenarios of business games for business. 

Winners and prize winners of the competition will be awarded with diplomas and cash prizes:

• for 1st place — 15,000 rubles
• for 2nd place — 10,000 rubles
• for 3rd place — 5,000 rubles 

The winners of the competition, awarded with the 1st degree Diploma, are awarded points for individual achievements when admitted to study at USUE in bachelor's degree programs (training according to individual curricula in accelerated terms - graduates of colleges, technical schools) - 5 points; for master's degree programs - 2 points..
