The competition is held to find out to what extent its participants, using a video clip as a form of presentation of the competition material and digital technologies of its distribution through social networks, are able to demonstrate their hobbies, to assess the nature of their influence on the spiritual and moral development of the individual and on the socio-economic development of their native country. 

The purpose is to determine to what extent the participants of the competition, using a video clip as a form of competition material presentation and digital technologies of its distribution through social networks, are able to demonstrate their hobbies, to assess the nature of their influence on the spiritual and moral development of the individual and on the socio-economic development of their native country. 

The objectives:

1. Raising the level of interest of young people in economic sciences and in the development of socially useful projects in economics and related spheres.
2. Formation of the young generation's personal responsibility for the state of affairs in the socio-economic sphere and realization of their role and place in the socio-economic development of their native country.
3. Identification of potential personnel whose projects are of value to the economy and of interest to potential employers. 

Participants: students of colleges, technical schools, higher educational institutions, postgraduate students, degree candidates, young researchers of universities up to 35 years old. Full-time participation is provided, including teams from organizations, educational institutions, regardless of the field of activity and position. The composition of the team is up to 10 people.

The scientific directions: 

1. "Modern youth and traditional values";
2. "Value orientations of modern youth";
3. "The view of modern students: "I am in the future". 

Participants' registration and submission of competition documentation takes place simultaneously, until March 20, 2024:

1. Applications for participation in the competition shall be submitted by all participants, including each team member, through the website registration system;
2. Lists of team members in the form of separate files with .doc or .docx extension shall be sent to the competition coordinator at demchenko_nv@usue.ru.
3. Contest entries in the form of video clips shall be sent to the e-mail of the organizing committee of the contest slava@usue.ru.

The organizer of the contest places the contest videos in the group of the Institute of Continuous and Distance Education of the Ural State University of Economics in the Vkontakte social network. 

The in-person defense will be held on April 24, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with the awarding ceremony on April 25, 2024 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Competition Plan 24.04.2024: 

• 10:00-11:00 - registration of participants; 
• 11:00-11:30 - reports of the heads of scientific directions of the Competition in the format of the plenary session, distribution of participants into working groups according to the subject of the Competition;
• 11:30-12:30 - demonstration of video clips by teams with comments (up to 5 minutes);
• 12:30-13:30 - preparation and performance of competition tasks as part of teams;
• 13:30-14:30 - summarizing the results of the expert commission's work to evaluate the contest materials submitted by the participants (teams), as well as the results of their performance of the contest tasks.

Competition winners and runners-up are awarded diplomas and cash prizes:

• 1^st place — 15 000 rub.
• 2^nd place — 10 000 rub.
• 3^rd place — 5 000 rub. 

The winners of the competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, are awarded points for individual achievements at admission to study at the UrSEU for Bachelor's degree programs (study on individual curricula in accelerated terms - graduates of colleges, technical schools) - 5 points; for Master's degree programs - 2 points.
