The Eurasian Marketing Cup (hereinafter referred to as the Cup) is organized by the Ural State University of Economics (USUE), the Department of Marketing and International Management in cooperation with the Ural Representative Office of the Association of Communication Agencies of Russia (AKAR Ural).

The purpose of the Cup is to identify and develop participants' creative abilities and interest in applied and research activities, develop and realize the intellectual and creative potential of young people, popularize professional activities in the field of marketing, attract scientists and practitioners from relevant fields to work with young people, as well as build human resources for research and practical marketing activities.

The participants of the Cup are students, postgraduates, young scientists of educational organizations, academic institutes and other interested organizations in Russia and abroad under the age of 35 (hereinafter referred to as Participants). Works prepared by young scientists with academic degrees are not accepted for participation in the Cup.

The Cup is held among individual participants and teams of up to 3 people. There is no registration fee for participation in the Cup.

The number of teams from the organization is unlimited. 

Competitive projects are submitted to the Cup based on the cases assigned to the participants in the field of marketing activities.

The competition entries are carried out in accordance with the case specifications developed jointly with the Cup Partners and assigned to the participants (teams) by the Organizer following the results of the first stage of the Cups.

 The cup is held in one nomination: "The best applied project".

  • Individual participants and captains of participating teams are registered on the EEFM website.
  • Individual participants and captains of participating teams who have registered on the EEFM website request a case assignment from the Cup coordinator.

 

 

  • The Cup organizer distributes technical tasks for performing applied competitive work by sending tasks to the e-mail addresses of registered individual participants and captains of participating teams

Until April 1, 2026.

  •  Participants solve case problems in accordance with the distribution of the first stage
  •  Completed works, as well as abstracts, must be uploaded by team captains and individual participants by re-filling out the registration form on the EEYF website.
  • Registration of all team members on the EEYF website

 

Within the time limit set by the EEYF Organizing Committee

  • The expert commission determines the Cup finalists, and sends invitations to the finalists to participate in the third stage
  • Publication of the list of finalists on the cup page on the EEYF website

EEYF Days

  • Protection and presentation of competitive applied works of finalists
  •  Determination of the Cup winners by the expert commission
  • Awarding of Cup finalists and winners

 *deadlines may be changed by decision of the EEYF Organizing Committee.  

The winners and prize-winners of the cup are awarded with diplomas and cash prizes.: 

  • 1st place - 15 thousand rubles.
  • 2nd place-10 thousand rubles.
  • 3rd place-5 thousand rubles. 

Following the results of the Cup, a collection of abstracts of the finalists' works is published in the form of a chapter of the annual collection of EEYF materials. The collection of EEYF materials is posted at the RSCI and on the USUE and EEYF
