International Research Project Competition for Young Scientists and Students «Logistical and commercial challenges in the context of creating a multipolar reality»

The international competition of research works of young scientists and students “Logistics and commercial challenges in the conditions of creating a multipolar reality” is held by the Ural State University of Economics (Ural State University of Economics) in collaboration with the Institute of Economics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Institute of Economics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences), Ural branch of the Free Economic Society of Russia.

The purpose of the Competition: to intensify research work in higher educational institutions, develop forecasts and recommendations for the development and interstate regulation of logistics and commercial activities at the global and national level.

Participants of the Competition: students, graduate students, young researchers at universities, academic institutions in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations aged 18 to 35 years.

Research papers for the Competition can only be submitted by individual authors.

Research works and projects are submitted to the Competition in the following areas:

  1. Introduction of innovative technologies into the commercial and logistics activities of the enterprise;
  2. Development of logistics corridors in the context of creating a multipolar world;
  3. Experience in managing the commercial activities of an enterprise in supply chains;
  4. E-commerce in the context of international integration.

Applications for participation in the Competition, competition works and abstracts of work must be submitted until March 20, 2024 through the website registration system.

Lists of competition finalists invited to present their works in person and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the competition page from April 1 to April 10, 2024.

In-person defense will take place on April 24, 2024 from 10:30 to 15:30, awarding on April 25, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:00

The winners and runners-up of the Competition are awarded diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

  • 15,000 rubles - for 1st place
  • 10,000 rubles - for 2nd place
  • 5,000 rubles - for 3rd place

The winners of the Competition, awarded a 1st degree Diploma, are awarded points for individual achievements when admitted to study at USUE in master's programs (2 points). 

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials from the XIV EEYF, where the abstracts of the Competition finalists will be posted. The collection will be posted in the RSCI and on the website of the Ural State University of Economics.
