The International Olympiad of Scientific and Applied Works for Youth “Progressive Technologies of Production Management” is held jointly with the National Research Tomsk State University

The purpose of the Olympiad: to identify and develop participants’ creative abilities and interest in research work in the field of production and technological process management in the context of automation and digitalization of the economy, as well as to create the necessary conditions to support young scientists, promote scientific knowledge, attract scientists and practitioners of relevant areas to work with youth, identifying gifted youth and forming human resources for research, production, management and entrepreneurial activities.

Participants of the Olympiad: students, graduate students, applicants for an academic degree, young researchers from universities, academic institutions in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations under the age of 35.

Research work for the Olympics can be sent by individual authors or teams of up to 2 people.

Applications for participation in the Competition, competition works and abstracts of works are submitted until April 20, 2024 through the website registration system.

Lists of competition finalists invited to present their works in person and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the competition page from April 1 to April 10, 2024.

In-person defense will take place on April 24, 2024 from 10:30 to 15:30, award ceremony

April 25, 2024 from 13.30 to 15:00.

Winners and prize-winners of the Olympics are awarded diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15,000 rubles - for 1st place
• 10,000 rubles - for 2nd place
• 5,000 rubles - for 3rd place

The winners of the Olympiad, awarded with a 1st degree Diploma, are awarded points for individual achievements when admitted to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points).

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials from the XIV EEYF, where the abstracts of the Competition finalists will be posted. The collection will be posted in the RSCI and on the website of the Ural State University of Economics.

Participation in competitions is also possible using remote technologies - registered participants and experts gain access to USUE cloud resources based on the MS Office 365 platform and connect to interactive sessions during events through teams created in Microsoft Teams.
