International competition of research projects of young scientists and students “Accounting and analytical support for entrepreneurial activities in Russia, near and far abroad countries” conducted by the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Ural State University of Economics" (Ural State University of Economics). The partner of the Competition is JSC “Technology of Trust Audit”.

The purpose of the Competition is to attract young people to scientific and practical research, develop research potential and develop research competencies in the field of accounting, analysis and audit; increasing the interest of young people in finding new ideas, solutions and recommendations aimed at improving accounting, analysis and auditing; exchange of knowledge, ideas, experience and research tools,   modern economics and business are demanding for. 

Participants in the Competition are students (bachelors and masters) of higher educational institutions, as well as young scientists without a degree, young scientists from universities, academic institutes, as well as employees of other interested organizations in Russia, near and far abroad countries . The age of participants is up to 30 years. 

Research papers for the Competition can only be submitted by individual authors . 

Research works and projects are submitted to the Competition in the following areas:

1. Financial and management accounting as an information base for assessing business activities in Russia, near and far abroad countries;
2. Analysis as a tool for managing business activities in Russia, near and far abroad countries;
3. Audit of the quality of accounting and analytical support for business activities in Russia, countries of the near and far abroad. 

Applications for participation in the Competition, competition works and abstracts of work must be submitted until March 20, 2024 through the site's registration system.

Lists of competition finalists invited to defend their works in person and to participate in the final events of the Forum will be published on the competition page with April 1 to April 10, 2024

The in-person defense will take place on April 24, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Awarding April 25, 2024

The winners and runners-up of the Competition are awarded diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15,000 rubles - for 1st place
• 10,000 rubles - for 2nd place
• 5,000 rubles - for 3rd place

The winners of the Competition, awarded a 1st degree Diploma, are awarded points for individual achievements when admitted to study at USUE in master's programs (2 points). 

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release materials from the XIV EEFM, where the abstracts of the Competition finalists will be posted. The materials will be posted in the RSCI, on the website of the Ural State University of Economics and on the EEFM website..
