International Championship on the Application of Technologies in Business Analytics and Information Security «Сompetition: analytics and information security»

The aim of the championship is to encourage the implementation of innovative ideas by young professionals in the fields of business analytics and information security.
Objectives of the championship include:
- Identifying talented young individuals and determining their future potential for development;
- Engaging young people in data analysis processes within the context of business and information security;
- Analyzing positive and negative aspects of data analysis within the fields of business and information security;
- Introducing young professionals to modern data analysis tools.
Participants in the championship are students of all levels, graduate students, researchers from educational institutions, academic institutions, and other relevant organizations in Russia and abroad under the age of 35. Participation is individual.
The subject of the evaluation is the results of business analysis conducted by the participant within the specified time frame using the Yandex Cloud platform on various datasets.
To participate, you must review the guidelines provided in the “Download Documents” section.
- Before the competition begins, you must register with the Yandex Cloud service. The registration process is detailed in the guidelines and is free of charge.
- To successfully and effectively develop your skills, it is essential to complete all tasks outlined in the methodology before the competition starts.
- Just prior to the competition start on April 23rd, 2025 at 10:30 AM, the tasks will be published on the website via a Google Drive link.
- Tasks are prepared by the competition experts.
Applications for participation in the competition will be accepted until April 1, 2025, through the registration system on our website.
A decision on admission will be made by April 1, 5 pm. The competition will take place on April 23 from 10:30 am.m. to 3:00 p.m., and the winners will be announced on April 24 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The winners and prize-winning participants will be awarded with diplomas, certificates, and cash prizes:
- 15,000 rubles for the first place
- 10,000 for the second place
- 5,000 for the third place
The first-place winner will receive 2 additional points when applying for master's programs at USUE.
