IV USUE Championship Sports Programming Competitions

The annual USUE Championship "Sports Programming Competition" is held in a single stage, consisting of face-to-face competitions aimed at applying their skills in the fields of the economy, finance, industry, science, education, management, and international trade with Asian, African, and Latin American countries. The competition is organized by the Ural State University of Economics (USUE).

The goal of the competition is to encourage the implementation of innovative ideas and creative initiatives by young professionals in programming for the information technology industry and the global economy, including business, manufacturing, service, and scientific sectors.

Participants in the competition include students, graduate students, researchers, young professionals from universities and academic institutions in Russia and other countries, as well as representatives from other organizations interested in participating, aged between 18 and 35.

Applications for participation in the competition must be submitted by March 20, 2025 via the registration system on the website. Each team must submit an application, selecting the appropriate category ("team participation", "team captain", or "team member").

The list of participants who have been invited to compete will be published on the competition website from April 1-10, 2025.

On April 23rd, from 10:30 am.m. to 3:30 p.m., awards will be presented on April 24th, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Winners and prize winners of the competition will receive diplomas, medals, and cash prizes:

  • 15,000 RUB for 1st place
  • 10,000 RUB for 2nd place
  • 5,000 RUB for 3rd place

Winners who receive a diploma of 1st grade will also receive bonus points for their individual achievements when applying for admission to USUE for Master's programs (2 bonus points).
