The international competition for educational institutions of secondary vocational education "ProfKOD: professional competencies, responsibility, achievements" in the specialty 38.02.04 "Commerce (by industry)" (hereinafter the Competition, Platform Competition) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEFM ) within the framework of the Congress of Strategists.

The co-organizer of the Competition at the platform of the North-Western Federal District of the Russian Federation is the Western Branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, Kaliningrad.

The purpose of the competition is to develop and improve the professional training of students, increase the level and quality of student training in the interests of developing the personality and its creative abilities, creating favorable conditions conducive to the manifestation of professional and educational achievements by students, motivating them to master general and professional competencies that meet the demands of the modern labor market, the development of creative initiative of students, the development of responsibility and professional mobility.

Participants of the competition: students of educational institutions of secondary vocational education in the specialty 38.02.04 "Commerce (by industry)" of the North-Western Federal District of the Russian Federation.

Participation in the Competition is individual. 

Applications for participation in the competition and competitive creative works (posters) are accepted until March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Site of the North-Western Federal District of the Russian Federation, Kaliningrad - the name of the Competition.

The competition is held in two stages.

Stage 1. Selection round. Preparation of the poster and its expert evaluation.

Participants prepare posters on one of the topics:

• "Multipolar world in the focus of new reality".
• "Commercial activity: Russia is a country with the Quality Mark".
• "Commerce for everyone, commerce for everyone."
• "Competitiveness in professional commercial activities"
• "Commercial activity: professional competences, responsibility, achievements".

Experts of the Platform Competition determine the best creative work.

From April 24 to April 28, 2023, the winner of the qualifying round is sent to USUE (Yekaterinburg, Russia) for full-time participation in the International Final of the Competition and the final events of the XIII EEFM. 

Stage 2. The final stage - The game "ProfKOD" - a team game "Professional competencies in commercial activities". Of the participants who have passed the qualifying round, 4 teams are formed, each consisting of 5 people.

The final stage is held in person at USUE on April 26, 2023 from 10:30 to 15:30.

The awarding of the platform participants who took from 1 to 5 places (site finalists) and participants of the International Finals of the Contest will take place simultaneously via video link on April 27, 2023 (the awarding time will be announced later). 

The finalists of the Competition of the platform of the North-Western Federal District of the Russian Federation, who took from 1 to 5 places, are awarded with diplomas and small orders of the "Star of Eurasia".

The winners and prize-winners of the International Finals of the Competition receive diplomas of I, II, III degrees, as well as gifts from the partners of the Competition.
