April 26, 2023 10.30-12.00 (Yekaterinburg) – 11.30-13.00 (Osh)

The international competition of student research papers "Problems of State Building and Citizens' Rights" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition, Platform Competition) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEYF) within the framework of the Congress of Management and Law.

The co-organizer of the International competition of research works of students "Problems of State Building and Citizens' Rights" in the Kyrgyz Republic is Osh State University, Osh.

The final of the Competition will take place on April 26, 2023 at the same time:

• at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter referred to as USUE), Yekaterinburg, Russia;
• at the platform of the Kyrgyz Republic XIII EEFM at the Osh State University, Osh. 

The purpose of the Competition is to increase students' interest in their chosen profession, to stimulate research activities in the field of public administration and law.

Competition objectives:

• identify the analytical potential of young lawyers, economists and managers;
• stimulate the process of exchange of knowledge, ideas, experience in the use of mechanisms of legal regulation of public relations;
• ensure the integration of youth science with the global research environment;
• to form the skills of conducting comparative legal research, developing recommendations for improving legislation. 

Directions of the Competition:

• Problems of state building.
• Problems of the rights of citizens.

Participants of the Platform Competition are students of educational organizations, academic institutions and other interested organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic under the age of 35 years. Works prepared by young scientists - graduate students and candidates of sciences, are not accepted for the competition.

Works performed individually or collectively (in teams of up to 3 people) are submitted to the competition.

Applications for participation in the Competition, competitive works and abstracts of works are submitted until March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the XIII EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Platform of the Kyrgyz Republic, Osh city - the name of the Competition.

Platform Contest experts select up to 5 best works to participate in the International Finals of the Contest.

The lists of the finalists of the Competition from the Kyrgyz Republic will be published on the Competition page of the platform of the EEFM website from April 1 to April 10, 2023. 

The final defense of the works will take place on April 26, 2023 (10.30-13.30 in Yekaterinburg and 11.30-14.30 in Osh), awarding - April 27, 2023 (the time of awarding will be announced later)

At the same time, the participant (team captain), who took 1st place in the qualifying round, will be sent at the expense of the XIII EEFM organizers to USUE for full-time participation in the International Final of the Competition and other events of the XIII EEFM.

The rest of the participants, who took 2-5 places in the qualifying round, will take part in the International Finals of the Competition online from the platform of Osh State University.

All finalists of the Competition of the platform of the Kyrgyz Republic are awarded with diplomas and small orders of the Star of Eurasia. 

The winners and prize-winners of the International Finals of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15 000 rub. - for 1st place
• 10 000 rub. - for 2nd place
• 5 000 rub. - for 3rd place

The winners of the Competition, awarded with the Diploma of the 1st degree, are awarded points for individual achievements in admission to study at USUE for master's programs (2 points).

Based on the results of the final events, it is planned to release a collection of materials of the XIII EEFM, where the abstracts of the finalists of the Competition will be posted. The collection will be published in the RSCI and on the EEFM website.
