April 26, 2023 10.30-13.30 (Yekaterinburg) – 15.30-18.30 (Vladivostok)

The International Competition for Applied Projects of Young Scientists and Students "Applied IT Solutions in Science, Business and Government" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition, Platform Competition) is held at several platforms of the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (hereinafter XIII EEFM) as part of the Congress of Innovators.

The co-organizer of the Competition at the platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation is Vladivostok State University, Vladivostok.

The final of the Competition will take place on April 26, 2023 at the same time:

• at the main platform of the XIII EEFM at the Ural State University of Economics (hereinafter referred to as USUE), Yekaterinburg, Russia;
• at the platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation XIII EEFM at Vladivostok State University, Vladivostok, Russia. 

The purpose of the Competition: to promote the implementation of creative initiatives of young professionals in the field of analysis, design and development of information systems for the global economy, business, manufacturing, services and scientific activities.

Participants of the Platform Competition: students, graduate students, applicants for a scientific degree, young scientists from universities, academic institutions in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation aged 18 to 35 years.

Design works for the Competition can be sent from individual authors or teams of up to 3 people.

Applications for participation in the Competition and competition works are submitted before March 20, 2023 through the registration system of the XIII EEFM website (eurasia-forum.ru), choosing during registration: Platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation - the name of the Competition.

Platform Competition experts select up to 5 best projects to participate in the international finals of the Competition.

The lists of finalists of the Competition from the platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation will be published on the Competition page of the platform of the EEFM website from April 1 to April 10, 2023.

The author of the best project (team captain), which won 1st place in the qualifying round, will be sent at the expense of the organizers of the XIII EEFM to USUE for full-time participation in the final of the Competition and other events of the XIII EEFM.

The rest of the participants who took 2-5 places in the qualifying round will take part in the final of the Contest online from the platform of Vladivostok State University.

The final defense of projects will take place on April 26, 2023 (9.30-12.30 Ekaterinburg time - 15.30-18.30 Vladivostok time), awarding - April 27, 2023 (the time of awarding will be announced later).

All finalists of the Competition of the platform of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation are awarded with diplomas and small orders of the Star of Eurasia.

The winner(s) and prize-winners of the Competition are awarded with diplomas, orders and cash prizes:

• 15 000 rubles - for 1 place
• 10,000 rubles - for 2nd place
• 5,000 rubles - for 3rd place

The winner(s) of the Contest, awarded with a 1st degree Diploma, are awarded points for individual achievements when applying for study at USUE under master's programs (2 points).
