International research project competition for young scientists and students –"Future’s Quality: the new reality of sustainable development" is held by the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education – Ural State University of Economic (USUE).

The purpose of the Competition is to stimulate the development of research work and to create conditions for the emergence of the creative abilities of students and young scientists of higher educational institutions, to develop recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations aimed at the sustainable development through the introduction of modern approaches based on the principles of quality management.

The participants of the Competition are students, postgraduate students, applicants for scientific degrees, young researchers from universities, academic institutions in Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations aged between 18 and 35 years.

Research papers for the Competitions can be sent only individually.

Research papers for the Competition should be submitted in the following subject areas:

1. Quality and competitiveness of products and services: current state and development trends;
2. Ensuring quality, safety, environmental compatibility and resource saving in modern management systems;
3. Standardization, metrology and certification as quality management tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations;
4. Life quality and the environment: transition to a "green" economy.

Applications for participation in the Competition, research papers and abstracts of papers should be submitted before the 20^th of March 2023 through the registration system on the website.

Lists of the Competition finalists, who will be invited to public presentation of their papers and participation in the final events of the Forum, will be published on the Competition webpage between the 1^st and the 10^th of April 2023.

The public presentation will take place on the 26^th of April, 2023 from 10:30 to 15:30. The award ceremony will take place on the 27^th of April, 2023.

The winners and runner-ups of the Competition will be awarded diplomas, medals and cash prizes:

• 1^st place – 15 000 rubles
• 2^nd place – 10 000 rubles
• 3^rd place – 5 000 rubles

The winners of the Competition, awarded the 1^st degree Diplomas, will receive points for individual achievements at the admission to USUE for master's programs (2 points).

Upon termination of the final events, we are planning to release a collection of materials from the XIII EEYF with the abstracts of the finalists’ works. This collection will be included in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) and placed on the website of Ural State University of Economics.
